1.母鹿妊娠后，发生系列生理和形态变化。新陈代谢旺盛，食欲增加，消化道能力增强，体重增加，皮毛光亮，性情温顺，行动小心。妊娠期为230天左右，妊娠6个月可见腹围增大，甚至能看见胎动。产仔于翌年5~6月，一般每胎仅产1仔，也有少数为2仔。
